Welcome to the Welcome Solutions website! Welcome Solutions and the team provide services to subject to notices, terms, and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Privacy & Security

We store some of our user’s data, including the billing information. You can find all the information on why and how we store and handle your data in our GDPR policy.

Delivery terms

At the moment, all the products sold on this website are electronic. Therefore, our products do not involve shipping costs, and the buyer should receive the product immediately after completing the purchase. Mind that some of the payment methods available on our website, e.g., Bitcoin, can be associated with certain delays in delivery due to the workflow in their infrastructure. However, if your product is not delivered within an hour after the purchase, you should contact us at info@welcome-solutions.com.

Payment terms

It is not necessary to open a user account on our website to make a purchase. We use WooCommerceMollie Payments, and BTCPay plugins for WordPress which allow for collecting payments through the following platforms/currencies:

Billing Information Terms and Conditions

By shopping here, you agree to share current, complete, and truthful billing information for all purchases made at our store. You also agree to promptly update your account and billing information so that we can complete the transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Product information

On our website, we sell:

  • Tickets to online and on-site career events,
  • Access to online courses,
  • Access to online aptitude tests,
  • Educational materials in a form of a PDF file (e.g., books).

Our products are age-restricted to 18+.

Occasionally, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Furthermore, some of our products are occasionally upgraded to a new version. This concerns a situation when, e.g., when the second edition of one of our books is published, or when a new version of our course or test is released to the market. In that case, we might contact the customers who purchased the previous version of the product using their billing information to inform them about the upgrade and to give them access to the newest version of the product without any additional payment.

Invoicing

All the prices on our website include the VAT tax. Currently, we send a basic version non-VAT invoice to the customer’s email address as specified in the billing information after the purchase is completed.

To receive the full version of the invoice, please email us at info@welcome-solutions.com. We oblige ourselves to release the full version of the invoice within 72 hours. In your email, please include the following information necessary for the invoice:
  • Invoice number (the invoice number that you can find on the basic invoice received from us),
  • Business name,
  • Business address,
  • VAT-identification number.

Cancellation / Return policy

1. Cancellation / Return policy regarding our books, online courses, and aptitude tests.

We do not offer refunds for the purchase of our electronic services. However, if the client cannot access the product for any reason (e.g., because the access/download link does not work), we will cancel the order and refund the whole amount.

2. Cancellation policy regarding our online and on-site career events.

For customers who purchase a ticket to an online or on-site career event with us, we offer refunds in a situation when for personal reasons, participation in the event becomes impossible (such as sickness or an emergency life event). In that case, please email us at info@welcome-solutions.com before the event and briefly explain the situation. In that case, you will be emailed back and reimbursed. No refund is possible after the event, even if the customer was absent (without giving us prior notice).

By accessing this site, you agree that you will be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant intellectual property/copyrights laws that might result from your interaction with Welcome Solutions’ content and products.

Limitation of Liability Clause

Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the customer and Welcome Solutions acknowledge and agree that Welcome Solutions will not be liable for any losses or damages that might happen after purchasing our products–whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential–in profits, goods, services, or time investment, irrespective of whether or not the customer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

Dispute Clause / Choice of Law

Any dispute relating to any activity on Welcome Solutions or the purchase of any of the Welcome Solutions products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the Netherlands. As the first line of choice, we prefer to use the Online Dispute Resolution Tool by European Commission to solve the dispute together with the customer before seeking for legal dispute advisory from the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards (De Geschillencommissie). Additionally, if the customer threatened or violated Welcome Solutions’ intellectual property rights in some way, Welcome Solutions may also seek an injunctive.
